1. What the service does

EasySnipeFut is a desktop app for Mac and Windows that opens the EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team web app with a panel next to it. Using your own EA account on your own computer, the panel searches the Transfer Market, buys listings under the max price you set and can list them for sale. The website is where you manage your EasySnipeFut account, subscription and statistics.

2. EA and the risk to your EA account

EasySnipeFut is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or approved by Electronic Arts. Automating the Ultimate Team web app is against EA’s terms of service. EA may limit, suspend or close accounts it believes use automation, including temporary Transfer Market bans and permanent bans, and may remove coins or items.

You decide whether to use the service with your EA account and you accept this risk. We are not responsible for any action EA takes against your account, or for lost coins, items or access. Use it only with an account you can afford to lose.

3. Your EasySnipeFut account

• You must be 18 or over and give a real email address you can access.
• One account per person. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for everything done with your account.
• Tell us on Discord straight away if you think someone else is using your account.

4. Subscriptions, keys and tokens

• The panel works only with an active subscription. You can subscribe on your Dashboard (monthly or yearly), or start a subscription with a subscription key, which ends on the date that key carries.
• Paid subscriptions are sold by our reseller Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record: they take the payment, handle taxes and send your receipt. They renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime with “Cancel subscription” on your Dashboard; your subscription then stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future periods.
• Each key works once: it’s tied to the first account that uses it and can’t be moved to another account afterwards.
• Don’t sell, publish or share keys, or share your account to share a subscription. We may cancel subscriptions and keys obtained or used against these terms.
• If you paid for a key, the price and conditions agreed when you got it apply. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
• Tokens come from the match predictor and from welcome and subscriber bonuses, and can only be spent in our store on days for your own subscription. They can’t be bought, sold, moved to another account or exchanged for money, and have no value outside EasySnipeFut.
• The match predictor is free to play: you never stake tokens. Matches are scored on the result after normal time from our data source; postponed or cancelled matches give no tokens. We may correct tokens given by mistake, change rewards and prices, or end the predictor and store. Tokens gained with several accounts or other abuse may be removed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• get around the subscription check or other limits of the app, or help others do so;
• resell, rent or redistribute the service or the app;
• attack, overload or probe our servers, or create accounts automatically;
• use the service to break the law or to harm other players.

6. The app

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the desktop app while you have an account. The app isn’t signed with an Apple or Microsoft developer certificate yet, so your system may warn you when you install it; the Download page explains the steps. We release updates from time to time; older versions may stop working with our servers.

7. No guarantee of profit

Prices come from the live Transfer Market and change all the time. The panel can miss listings, buy at a price you didn’t expect within your limits, or stop. Profit figures are estimates after EA’s 5% tax, not promises. You are responsible for the limits you set and for what happens in your EA account.

8. Availability and changes to the service

We try to keep the service running but don’t promise it will always be available or error-free. EA can change the web app at any time, which can stop the panel working until we update it. We may change, add or remove features.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections 2, 7, 10 and 12 continue to apply after your account ends.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of coins, items, EA accounts or profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

11. Trademarks

EA SPORTS FC and Ultimate Team are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc. Player names are used only to show your own trades. The EasySnipeFut name, logo and app belong to us.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top and announce important changes on our Discord server. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.
